Get to Know Me
Hi, welcome to my page! My name is Amanda Vannucchi and I am an actress, writer, and content creator. I’m here to help you live your best life through mental, physical, and spiritual health.
My career began in the entertainment industry as a film and television actress. From there, I became an executive working in film and television development. I thought I was living my dream, but I was overworking myself and making myself sick. After making some changes and slowing down, I was able to find myself again.
I used to think that my happiness and my worth came from the outside, but it has become abundantly clear that this is an inside job. Self care looks different for everybody, but for me it involved cultivating compassion for myself and others, eating a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables, moving my body every day, and connecting to a higher power. Once I learned how to truly fill my cup up, I was better able to show up for myself and my loved ones.
